Managers and leaders at PPS attended a learning and development program at Pondicherry from January 26th to January 28th, 2024. The program involved a combination of physical activities, strategic planning involving a diverse group of participants where they could develop their leadership and team building skills. Spanning over 2 days, the team worked on business cases, strategy development, interpersonal/inter-functional communication and development of mutual trust and teamwork amongst members.
