PPS was awarded the Best Industrial Distributor (Runner-Up) at the Castrol India National Distributors Conference 2024 held at Bengaluru on 21st and 22nd March, 2024. The award was received by R Pradeep Kumar (Managing Partner) and Suresh (Regional Manager – Karnataka). PPS has been a growth partner of Castrol India since 2005, and has grown to become the most reliable distributor in South India with a strong on-ground team based in Chennai and Bengaluru.

PPS celebrated its annual employee awards night and gala dinner on 13th January, 2024 at the MRC. It was a night of celebrations as team members were felicitated for their contributions and achievements in 2023. The event was presided and addressed by senior executives from MNCs, followed by an awards night and an enthralling performance by an eminent mentalist. The event concluded with everyone  grooving to foot tapping music and sumptuous dinner.

Managers and leaders at PPS attended a learning and development program at Pondicherry from January 26th to January 28th, 2024. The program involved a combination of physical activities, strategic planning involving a diverse group of participants where they could develop their leadership and team building skills. Spanning over 2 days, the team worked on business cases, strategy development, interpersonal/inter-functional communication and development of mutual trust and teamwork amongst members.
